The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the compassionate appointment had been provided to other legal heir of the deceased employee. The compassionate appointment, which was provided to the other legal heir also died subsequently. Thus, further application for appointment on compassionate ground is not entertainable.
