ORDER

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both

parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3, issue patta in her favour, with respect to the property comprised in S.F.No.620/1, Vadavalli Village, Coimbatore South Taluk, pursuant to the Sale Deed dated 30.03.1995 and judgment and decree dated 17.09.2011 made in O.S.No.992/2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondents, for issuance of patta in her favour, but, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the respondent concerned would consider the representations of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
