ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between petitioner and the third respondent and the suit in O.S.No.338 of 2015 is pending. In this dispute, the respondent police is trying to interfere on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court, since the dispute is pending before the Civil court, between the petitioner and the third respondent. The respondent police shall not interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
