This petition is filed to condone the delay of 127 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 10.04.2018 made in W.P.No.8431 of 2018.

2. Though notices have been sent to the respondent Nos.2 to 4, none appears on behalf of them.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
