O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of four weeks to comply the order dated on 07.09.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Ambattur in Crl.M.P.No. 4163 of 2018 in C.C.No.370 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The petitioner has been convicted and sentenced by the trial Court in C.C.No.370 of 2017 on 07.09.2018. He has also been directed to pay compensation of Rs.2,00,000/-. The petitioner is first directed to deposit the a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- before the trial Court and thereafter, this Court will consider for extention of time as prayed for in this petition.

4.Two weeks time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.370 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Track Court, Magisterial level, Ambattur.

With the above direction, this petition is ordered accordingly.
