This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that this petitioner is the mother of one Ramachandran, who is involved in several Prohibition Act Cases. Therefore, the Police have called the petitioner for enquiry in order to find out the whereabouts of Ramachandran. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Police for enquiry and during enquiry, she shall not be harassed.
