[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu viz., A.Pethannasamy, aged about 54 years, sought production of her husband.

2. No representation for learned counsel for the petitioner. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The detenu viz., A.Pethannasamy, aged 54 years has been produced by the respondent. He informs that he has left the matrimonial home owing to minor family disturbances, but he has now returned to the matrimonal home on his own volition.
