This application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: There are two plaintiffs and one defendant in the main suit.

2. Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 in the main suit are applicant Nos.1 and 2 respectively in the instant application.
Sole defendant in the main suit is the lone respondent in the instant application.
3. Parties in this application are referred to by their respective ranks in the main suit for the sake of convenience and clarity.
4. Mr.T.K.Ram Kumar, learned counsel on record for sole defendant very fairly submits that there is no serious objection or opposition to this application. Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, to be noted, prayer is only for a permission to permit the plaintiffs to file replication, it is necessary to accede to the request to complete the pleadings and facilitate the suit to proceed further.
5. In the light of the narrative supra and in the light of the prayer being innocuous, this application is allowed and ordered as prayed for. Replication is to be taken on file by the Registry.
