When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that since there is a criminal case pending against the petitioner and charge sheet has also been filed, the petitioner would approach the concerned Court seeking permission for issuance of passport to him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate criminal court where the criminal case is pending to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
