ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.933 of 2012 pending on the file of the fourth respondent.

It is seen from the records that FIR was registered for the offence under Section 294(b) and 506 (ii) IPC. The incident has taken place in the year 2012. It will be suffice to direct the fourth respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
