ORDER
Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2018. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.08.2018 to the respondents, seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of the third respondent, in respect of the property in S.No.3/6 at Thirupandiyur Village, Thiruvallur District and issue fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
patta in her favour, but, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 and 2. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the respondent concerned would consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, third respondent as well as any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
