C.M.P.No.19168 of 2018 has been filed to condone the delay of 2931 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant C.Nachimuthu in the above appeal. C.M.P.No.19172 of 2018 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant C.Nachimuthu in the above Appeal. C.M.P.No.19174 of 2018 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 4 and the third respondent as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, and rank them as the Appellants 2 to 4 and third respondent in the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the appellants/claimants are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay in preferring these petitions.
