JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that the Second Appeal has not been admitted so far and there is no representation on behalf of the appellant on several occasions. Today also there is no representation for the appellant. The second appeal is of the year 2018 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.

2. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
