ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 19.07.2018 passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Vellore District.

2. It is seen that after removal of the petitioner as Muthavalli for a period of three years, new committee has been formed by the respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent for appointing him as Muthavalli in future. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
