This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw HMOP. No.455 of 2018 on the file of the learned Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 14.10.2019 and 31.10.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, Registry was directed to list the matter on 01.11.2019 under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today, when the matter taken up for hearing, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
