Cont.P.No.2500 of 2018 there is no wilful disobedience involved.However, if the Petitioner is of the view that the decision of the Respondent is in not consonance with the order passed by the Bench, the remedy lies elsewhere. Suffice it to state that there is no wilful disobedience committed by the Respondent. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out the remedy in manner known to law.
