ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to produce the body and person of the detenu Harish Sridhar, aged about 1 year, before this Court from the custody of the fifth respondent and handover to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. This is nothing but a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The petitioner has also filed a petition for divorce. We may note the fact that the petitioner is working abroad and despite the orders passed, he did not chose to appear before this Court to resolve the dispute between the parties.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
