Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016 and regularize the petitioner's service by taking count of 50 percentage part time village assistant service rendered from 13.08.1963 to 31.10.1996 for the sanction of pension and pay all the pension benefits in the light of G.O.Ms.No.33, Revenue (Ser-8(1) Department dated 25.01.2010.
