Prayer: This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2017 made in A.S. No.18 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.06.2014 made in O.S. JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2017 made in A.S. No.18 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Coimbatore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 20.06.2014 made in O.S. No.143 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore.

2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore, along with a Memorandum of Compromise dated 21.04.2025 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the appellant and the respondents and their counsels and with sketches, is filed and the same is recorded. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 has filed a certificate issued under Order 32 Rule 7(1A) of the Code of Civil Procedure stating that, taking into consideration of the interest of Minor Darshan, the above mentioned compromise had been entered into between the parties and the same is also recorded. The said Memorandum of Compromise is scanned hereunder:

3. The Second Appeal in S.A. No.130 of 2019 is disposed of in accordance with the memorandum of compromise arrived at between the parties in the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Coimbatore. The memorandum of compromise along with the sketches shall form part of the decree in S.A.No.130 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
