The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the second respondent to change the petitioner's name and her husband's name I.H.Dhanaraj in the Birth Register bearing Registration No.2012/05/61A/003573/0 dated 09.05.2012, issued to the petitioner's adoptive child in the place of original parent based on the representation dated 26.06.2018 made by the petitioner within a reasonable time.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the corrected birth certificate is uploaded in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the website which the petitioner can download and take. Therefore, he submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been already considered and hence, no further order is necessary in this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed.

4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
