O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 01.10.2018 wherein and whereby he sought for passing order on his revision petition already filed before the third respondent-District Collector, Krishnagiri District.

2.The learned Special Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that already an order has been passed on the petitioner's revision petition on 15.11.2018. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.Since already the revisional authority has passed an order on 15.11.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appeal before the concerned authority, viz., the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed, the said appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, without reference to the period of limitation, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of its receipt.

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 15.11.2018 passed on the petitioner's revision petition, was not communicated to the petitioner so far. If that be the case, the third respondent shall communicate the said order once again to the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
