This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the father of the fourth respondent, since his name has also been added in the joint patta.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the causetitle.
