O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) Inasmuch as the above contempt petition has been filed on the premise that no order has been passed, it appears that an order has been passed by the contemnor /first respondent by the Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department in Letter No.22699/A1/2018-1 on 10.10.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no personal hearing has been given.

3. Inasmuch as the order has been passed in purported compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.14666 of 2018 dated 18.06.2018, we are of the view that there is no wilful disobedience involved. If the petitioner is aggrieved, the remedy lies elsewhere. The contempt petition stands closed.
