COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking for cancellation of bail that the accused persons are taking advantage of bail granted by the Court below and threatened the defacto complainant and the employees, thereby they misused the liberty given to them by way of granting bail. The learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the defacto complainant has given a representation before the respondent police dated 03.10.2018. The learned counsel submitted that the attitude of the accused persons clearly amounts to interfering with the investigation by threatening the witnesses.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police will take into consideration the complaint given by the petitioner and if the accused persons found threatening the defacto complainant or any other witnesses, immediately action will be taken against them in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to act upon the representation given by the petitioner. If it is found that there is any threat to the defacto complainant or any other witnesses, immediate action shall be taken in accordance with law.
