3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the communication of the District Magistrate and District Collector, Chennai in Rc.J15/28899/2018 dated 30.08.2019 and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
