O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to take appropriate action to remove the fencing that has been put up in the land owned by the petitioner and to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members. 2.The petitioner has made specific allegations against certain persons viz., Alamelu and 30 others, who were said to have encroached the land belonging to the petitioner. The nature of issue that has been raised in this petition cannot be resolved by giving police protection and the parties will have to necessarily agitate their rights before the competent civil Court.

3.This Court does not find any merits in the Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
