This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2017 in C.C.No.2913 of 2017 in Crime.No.RCMA/16/A0040 of CBI, ACB, Chennai dated 21.09.2017 on the file of the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai..

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2017 in C.C.No.2913 of 2017 in Crime.No.RCMA/16/A0040 dated 21.09.2017, regularly without any default and that the major part of the investigation is over and that there might not be any need for further complying with the conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner also undertakes to appear before the respondent as and when required on receipt of summons or contacting him over mobile/phone or e-mail and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that he may be directed to appear as and when required and also directed to furnish his contact details.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the bail condition imposed by the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3374 of 2017 in C.C.No.2913 of 2017 in Crime.No.RCMA/16/A0040 on 21.09.2017 directing the petitioner to appear on the first Monday of every month is relaxed. The other conditions remain unaltered. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent. The petitioner shall also furnishing his address, telephone number and also the e-mail I.D to the respondent, so as to enable the investigating agency to summon him if necessary.
