ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's daughter D.Saritha, aged 15 years (Minor girl) D/o. Subramani, before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the detenue was found to have been murdered after committing rape. A case has also been registered and the matter is pending trial.
