Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai to take the I.A.Sr.No.16667 of 2018 in I.A.No.3146 of 2017 in O.P.No.1251 of 2017.

O R D E R

The issue as to whether the present application seeking to rescind the earlier order of maintenance or for reviewing the earlier maintenance could be an issue for deliberations during the course of proceedings in the interim application in I.A.Sr.No.16667 of 2018 and as such, the Registry of the Principal Family Court, Chennai cannot be justified in returning the interim application, without numbering.

2. Accordingly, the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai, is called upon to instruct the Registry to number the petitioner's application in I.A.Sr.No.16667 of 2018, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal Family Court Judge, Chennai, shall also endeavor to dispose of the application at least within a period of 60 days from the first date of hearing of the present interim application.

3. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
