C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original petitions have been filed, praying for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.2048, 4754, 4460, 3588, 4959 and 14169 of 2018 dated 06.09.2018, 27.08.2018, 11.09.2018, 27.09.2018, 11.09.2018 and 31.08.2018 on the file of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and learned XVII Metropolitan

Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur and learned Principal Session Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu and learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, respectively.

2. The lower Courts, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m for one month in respect of Crl.M.P.No.2048 of 2018 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders in respect of Crl.M.P.Nos.4754 and 3588 of 2018 and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in respect of Crl.M.P.Nos.4460, 4459 and 14169 of 2018 without fail. The present petitions have been filed for modification of the said conditions.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

5. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.2048, 4754, 4460, 3588, 4959 and 14169 of 2018 dated 06.09.2018, 27.08.2018, 11.09.2018, 27.09.2018, 11.09.2018 and 31.08.2018 on the file of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur and learned Principal Session Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu and learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai respectively is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Assistant Commissioner, Cyber Crime, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.
