JUDGMENT

A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant dated 03.03.2022 which had also been signed by the learned counsel for the appellant. The memo is as follows; MEMO FILED BY THE APPELLANT The Appellant humbly submits as follows:

The appellant herein filed the Appeal suit to setaside the order passed in I.A.No.2 of 2018 in O.S.No.2485 of 2016 dated 13.06.2018 passed by the learned XVIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai against her own daughter and son in law. On the advice of elders and family members, the issues between the parties have been amiably solved out of the Court and now the Appellant herein wishes to withdraw the present Appeal Suit.

Hence the Appellant herein humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and permit the appellant to withdraw the present Appeal Suit No.927 of 2018 and thus render justice.
