ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent.

2.This kind of innocuous prayer cannot be entertained by this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to direct the second respondent to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court if so advised as against the third respondent.

3.With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
