In this miscellaneous petition, on 03.12.2018, this Court passed the following order :- "There shall be an interim order of stay of execution of the sale deed alone until further orders. Notice.

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
