The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-TANGEDCO would submit that the differential electricity consumption charges regarding the allegations of theft had already been

settled by the petitioner. Since the dues to the respondent-TANGEDCO had been settled, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
