ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the present writ petition. The learned counsel further states that the petitioner will work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court of law in the suits already instituted in O.S.Nos.21/2010 and 109/2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State made a submission that some fraudulent activities occurred in respect of execution of documents, more specifically the subject land is a DC land.
3. This Court is of the view that an enquiry is imminent in respect of such illegal activities. Since the writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw the
writ petition, there is no impediment for the authorities to initiate action in the manner known to law.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.09.2023 Index:Yes Speaking order veda/hvk
