Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to return the sale certificate registered as Doc.No.15967 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent without insisting to pay a sum of Rs.32522/- as additional stamp duty and Rs.18,525/- as additional registration fee and other charges within the time fixed by this Court in W.P.Nos.29226 of 2010 and 23291 of 2017 and pass such further orders.
