ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the first detenue viz., Mrs.Sowmya, aged about 35 years and father of the second detenue viz., C.Sahana, aged about 2 years, sought production of his wife and daughter.

Public Prosecutor for first respondent as also learned counsel for second respondent.

3. Petitioner is present. The first detenue namely, B.Sowmya, who is the wife of the petitioner, has filed an affidavit informing that both her husband and she have sunk their differences and decided to sail together as husband and wife.

4. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
