Seeking permission to conduct cultural programme at Shri Mariamman Thirukoil Thiruvila, Gothaalli Village & Post Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District on 19.10.2018 based on the Petitioner representation dated 19.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the prayer made in the Crl.O.P. The learned counsel submitted that it is enough if a direction is given to the respondent police to consider the representation dated 09.10.2018, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

3.The respondent police is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law with in a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
