This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the order passed by the respondent dated 12.10.2018 and quash the same subsequently direct the respondent to grant permission for conduct the cultural dance program (Aadal & Padal program) at Anna Motor Sangam, Elavanasurkottai, Villupuram District scheduled on 18.10.2018 on the eve of Anna Motor Sangam Silver Jubilee festival and Ayutha Pooja Festival pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 12.10.2018.
2.It is seen that there are absolutely no reasons assigned in the impugned order passed by the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will give a fresh representation to the respondent police by explaining the events that are going to be conducted during the festival on 18.10.2018, and the respondent police shall be directed to consider the said representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
afresh and in accordance with law.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondent police is directed to consider the fresh representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders by tomorrow (17.10.2018).
5.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
