3. As a Writ Petition against a Co-operative Society is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Larger Bench of this Court rendered in K.Marappan vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal and another, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(2006-4-L.W.495), this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that the dismissal of this Writ Petition will not preclude the Petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum to redress his grievance in accordance with law. No costs.
