JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this aforesaid appeal challenging the order passed in W.M.P.No.7858 of 2018 in W.P.No.13362 of 2017, dated 27.09.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. As the matter has got to be heard and decided in the writ petition, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge in W.M.P.No.7858 of 2018 in W.P.No.13362 of 2017, dated 27.09.2017.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

5. Registry is directed to list the writ petition in W.P.No.13362 of 2017 before the learned Single Judge, who is hearing the writ petition, for final hearing, immediately after Deepavali vacation. Learned Judge is requested to expedite the hearing.
