O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the condition imposed by the Court below, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitionerss would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 28.09.2018 till date. The learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that they have to take care of their school going child and the second petitioners' brother's marriage is scheduled to be held in the month of November 2018. The learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 28.09.2018. It is further submitted that the enquiry is pending.

4.This Court has carefully considered the submissions made on either side.

5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to modify the condition imposed by the Court below and it is modified as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

i)the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required at the time of enquiry/investigation and the other conditions shall remain as it is.

6.With the above modification, the Crl.O.P., is disposed of.
