The petitioners seek for issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of securities standing in the name of late K.Gurumoorthy, who died on 26.10.2017.

2. The petitioners are the wife and son of the deceased K.Gurumoorthy. The 2nd petitioner has examined himself as P.W.1, he has produced the death certificate of his father late K.Gurumoorthy, who died on 26.10.2017 as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased K.Gurumoorthy has been produced as Ex.P2.

3. From the above documents, it is seen that the petitioners are the only heirs of the deceased K.Gurumoorthy. Paper publications have been made and no objections have been received.

4. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed, granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the Schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioners.
