ORDER
This writ petition had been filed directing the Respondent to allow the petitioner to participate in the selection to the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) in pursuant to Notification No.07/MRB/2018 dated 25.09.2018 issued by the Respondent, based on Medical Registration Certificate dated 05.10.2018, issued by the Tamil Nadu Medical Council and to consider the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Surgeon(General) based on merit in selection. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the grievance of the writ petitioner was relating to the counselling of the year 2018, conducted by the respondent and on account of efflux of time, no further adjudication is required.
