(Order of the Court was made by S. VAIDYANATHAN,J.) The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu viz., Mr.Senthil @ Ramesh, has filed the petition, seeking a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the third respondent to produce the detenu viz., Mr.Senthil @ Ramesh and set him at liberty.

Heard the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenu, who is the son of the petitioner, is already in custody in connection with a criminal case that is pending. 4.
