relating to the impugned communication issued by the 3rd Respondent in No.Nil dated 12.10.2018 and to QUASH the same and consequently directing the Respondents to select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of Physical Education Teacher in School Education under SCW category based on the marks secured by the Petitioner with all consequential and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the terminal benefits of the petitioner have been almost settled, except for the gratuity, for which a representation has been given.

2. In support of the above contention, the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 26.03.2025 have been produced.

3. Subject to the petitioner's right to initiate any further proceedings if at all there is any omission to settle any of the retirement benefits, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

In the result, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 2/4
