ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the Petitioner and his staffs.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that there is no such harassment as alleged by the petitioner. However, she submitted that the petitioner has to appear before the Idol Wing as and when summons are issued, which has been agreed by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner.
