C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to call for the records in D.V.C.No.34 of 2018 and C.C.No.5727 of 2018 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioners herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the defacto complaint has also filed a Joint Compromise Memos to that effect dated 21.10.2019.

3. The de-facto complainant is present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective party, she has also submitted the photo copy of her Aadhar Card and the same has been made part of the record.

4. Recording the statements made in the Joint Compromise Memos dated 21.10.2019, the proceedings in D.V.C.No.34 of 2018 and C.C.No.5727 of 2018 on the file of XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petitions are allowed accordingly.
