O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 12.06.2018 passed in W.M.P.No.16735 of 2018 in W.P.No.14168 of 2018.

2. This Court, by an order dated 12.06.2018 in W.M.P.No.16735 of 2018 in W.P.No.14168 of 2018 had passed an order permitting the petitioner to take part in the counseling for B.T.Assistant (Science) and promotion shall not be given without the leave of this Court.

3. According to the petitioner, pursuant to the said order the petitioner took part in the counseling on 03.06.2018 and chosen the Panchayat Union Middle School at Kottangari. The promotion order was also made ready but not handed over to the petitioner in view of the condition in the interim order dated 12.06.2018. But, now the petitioner had filed this contempt petition on the ground that the respondents are taking steps to promote one Ms.T.Salala, who is junior to that of the petitioner for the place chosen by the petitioner in the counseling.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 12.06.2018, the petitioner was permitted to take part in the counseling and one post was kept reserved and therefore there is no wilful default on the part of the respondents in complying with the order of this Court dated 12.06.2018.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, since, no contempt has been made out, this contempt petition stands closed.
