ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the daughter of the detenue viz., V.Krishnaveni, Wife of M.Velu, sought production of her mother.
2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondents 1, 4 & 5 as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 2, 3 & 6.
3. Recording the submission of all counsels that the detenue, whose production has been sought, has been deported from Kuwait and has now reached home safe, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed, recording the presence of the petitioner as also her mother, who affirm such position.
